The Human Rights Affairs Office was invited by the National Police Training Institute-Institute Training Group (NPTI-ITG) to have a 9-day Mentoring session on Human Rights-Based Policing and International Humanitarian Law at Camp Vicente Lim, Laguna to the 400 plus-strong PSBRC-ITG Class 2018 of the Special Action Force, otherwise known as the BAGANI Class for its Alpha to India individual classes.
