The PNP, through the Human Rights Affairs Office, with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), successfully conducted the “2019 Top Level Forum Workshop on International Humanitarian Law for Senior Police Officers” for 25 Senior Police Commissioned Officers with the ranks of with the ranks of PCSUPT and PSSUPT from selected Directorates/PROs/Units from March 5 to 7, 2019 at the Marco Polo Plaza, Cebu City. The Top Level Forum Workshop has the following objectives:

By virtue of written letter of authority PCSUPT DENNIS A SIERVO, Chief, HRAO represented the Chief PNP in the signing of Memorandum of Understanding on the Protection and Promotion of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law together with Mr. Martin Thalmann, Head of Delegation, International Committee of the Red Cross on January 29, 2019 at HRAO Conference Room, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.
